Officials say Patricia Belthrope was arrested Sunday night on Point Street.
They say a witness watched the 55-year-old woman enter a neighbor’s home through an unlocked front door.
Officials say that witness confronted her as she left the home with property from inside and was able to keep her on the scene until police arrived.
The residents were sleeping inside at the time of the incident.
