Police say they've arrested a Bronx man in connection to a forcible touching incident of a 14-year-old girl in Manhattan.

Police say they've arrested a Bronx man in connection to a forcible touching incident of a 14-year-old girl in Manhattan.
Authorities say 33-year-old Lamont Hough, from Concourse Village, grabbed the teenager's behind while she was leaving her apartment on Aug. 21.
Police say Hough then entered the apartment with another man by impersonating Con Edison workers to gain entry.
Hough faces a series of charges including burglary and sexual abuse.
