Now that the big feast is over - what should you do with all the leftovers?
According to the National Resources Defense Council, Americans throw away nearly 200 million pounds of turkey during Thanksgiving.
Instead of letting all that goodness go to waste, News 12's Kristina Behr has some ideas to keep it from going into the trash.

Here are some tips:
Make mashed potato balls - roll it in egg and Panko crumbs, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Add turkey, side vegetables and some cream of mushrooms to pizza dough to make a little Stromboli.
Make a Brussels sprouts quesadilla!
For safety reasons, leftover Thanksgiving food shouldn't be eaten past Monday. And if you're planning on freezing it, make sure it's not for longer than six months.
