Relax and recharge with time off this summer

Summer is here and for many of our office locations, that means beautiful weather that’s only here for a few short months. We want to remind everyone to take their PTO and schedule time off to spend with friends and family, or simply rest and recharge. You can find all details about PTO and how to view your current balance here.

Last year, we announced the addition of a floating holiday that can be used for a day not covered in our holiday calendar, or tacked on to another holiday. The choice is yours!

In addition to the floating holiday and PTO, we also understand the importance of physical and mental well-being. That's why we allot sick days that can be used for any wellness needs -to tend the unexpected physical ailment, to prioritize your mental health, or to care for a sick child or family member. Since your unused PTO does not roll over into the following year, don’t wait to use those days.
